the permeable archive: a kinetic text installation
a conceptual room-sized project that captures ambient noise, temperature, and air quality data and renders it as a slowly flowing, physical text tapestry.
The Aural Loom
A physical, screen-free environment for immersive, hands-on construction of knowledge and language through textile mechanics and generative acoustics.
The Kinetic Lanterns
A decentralized, ambient-light communication network for neighborhoods that operates via physical weights and wind, eliminating the need for screens to coordinate community life.
Kinetos: The Ambient Tactile Surface
A modular, room-scale grid of interactive tiles that replaces the smartphone for desk-based tasks, allowing users to physically mold their interfaces for haptic, tactile interaction.
The Velvet Anchor
A kinetic sculpture that replaces the smartphone by translating digital busyness into physical weight, texture, and ambient sound, removing the need for a screen.
